Please print the entire packet, single sided. Several of the pages contain information that you will not be able to complete until uniform fittings. Please fill out what you can (student’s name, etc.)
Choose the appropriate registration packet:
TVHS Concert Band ONLY – Registration 2023-2024

TVHS Marching Band and Color Guard – Registration 2023-2024
To submit your registration forms, either email them to [email protected] or drop them off at the TVHS school office for Mr. Cowee.
